Hong Nhung company is Korean-Vietnamese
joint venture company. Our Sales office is located in Korea.
(Called as DICS-Korecopack Company Ltd.)

At the first time of our business we started simple shopping
bag manufacturer but now supplying golf bag and backpack
as main productions. Our experience is more than 20 years.
Our main order come from USA, Japan, EU, and Korea.

We have the Korean R&D organization and factory
managers who have more than 20 years of experience
in the field of famous Korean bag manufacturers.

We have done our best to mix these Korean experience
with Vietnamese high manpower.
Now we have accomplished the Korean-Vietnamese factory
management with high quality and trustable delivery.

Our customers are satisfied with our clean newest facilities and hard-workers. Many employees have worked with us more than 5-10years continuously with mind of family.

Our company has two Factories.
Both of factories are built on early of 2013 with newest buildings.

#1 Factory is located at Hochimihn city downtown and 30min. far from the airport with space of 3,500SQM. This is the main factory and constructed with 3 floors.

Packing & Inspection lines are located on 1st floor with Cutting and Storage room.
The sewing lines are located on the second floor. We have 5 lines and 120 sewing machines and 130-180 employees.
The average age of workers is around 20 years old.

#2 Factory is located one and half hour far from the airport.
There are 5 lines and 100-150 employees.
Total factory land area is 30,000 SQM and we plan to build 3 more factories with expending 600 employees until next year.

We check important materials and fabric once being arrived at the factory.
We check color, quality, printing and any potential problems before production, according to orders. If there is any problem found, we report to our customers immediately and after confirmed we start the production.

In addition we have our own inspection line which is independent and separated
with the production line. We are doing quality check 3 times. The first time is at the
end of line and the Second time is after production. The last time is done at the separated
inspection room. We check every product one by one by 7 persons. They are only doing
inspection job and not changed. They can not bring the mobile phone inside. Please refer

We have done many jobs of backpack, as OEM partner from Nike, Coleman, and LACOSTE.
Currently we are doing 70K of backpack job from JANSPORTS.
Besides we have all kinds of bag and OEM manufacturing experiences with high quality.
